This item has a warranty period of 3 months from date of purchase. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. To initiate a warranty claim, contact the point of purchase. Warranty covers replacement only. Customers must return the product to the point of purchase for inspection. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When the product is deemed defective a replacement will be sent. Shipping for the replacement product will be the responsibility of the point of sale. 

This warranty is for Manufacturer defects only, such as:

• Burnt out bulbs where the shell of the bulb has not been broken.

• Lamp will not turn on when plugged in and/or fully charged. 

Exclusions - The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or neglect of the product.

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents. 

• Damage caused by accidents, fire, water, or any other external factors beyond our control
